LET’S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD
Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Set an oven-safe wire rack over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
Pat the wings very dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, and garlic powder; arrange on the rack with space between them.
Roast for 45–50 minutes, turning halfway, until browned. Check several thick pieces without touching bone: chicken must reach 165°F (74°C). Continue cooking if needed.
Ready
In a clean saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in hot honey and vinegar and remove from the heat.
Toss the fully cooked wings in the warm sauce and serve immediately.
Times are estimates. Check doneness and any required internal temperature before serving.

Glazes & SaucesWhisk hot honey, butter, hot sauce, and cider vinegar into a quick wing sauce. It balances sweet heat with enough tang to coat freshly cooked wings.
Snacks & SidesFresh stovetop popcorn meets warm butter and hot honey for a sweet-and-spicy snack. A light coating keeps the popcorn from becoming too sticky.
